I have been going to Dr. Worden since he took over for Dr. Prosser several years ago. He and the entire staff are very friendly and make even someone like me that has never been fond of a dentist chair feel comfortable. If you are looking for a new dentist with a small town feeling, this is a great place.

My anxiety for a dentist appointment is pretty strong and I was not looking forward to this first appointment. Hadn't been to the dentist in years and knew I had some issues that needed to be addressed. They made me feel at ease the minute I walked in the door. The staff was very clear and detailed on the procedure(s). Dr. Worden listened to my concerns and we discussed a "game plan". They broke down the plan and we discussed the cost. They have several options available for financing and the plan I chose is very affordable for the amount of work I need done. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Worden for any dental needs you may have.

I have a very high tolerance to pain and was suffering so badly that it scared me. From the phone call to the actual visit everyone was very understanding, kind, and friendly. I have very limited financial means. I did voice my financial concern to them. Their communication skills are excellent!!! All three of the people who worked with me really listened!!! After x-rays & Dr. Worden's examination, he discussed the plan with me. The business manager presented me with the costs and helpful options available. I was able to choose a plan i could afford. Dr. Worden was able to remove the tooth that was so painful that day. I told him that novocaine wears off fast on me and he made sure that I didn't suffer that with him. I am following the aftercare instructions. I am looking forward to my follow-up next week. I prayed and the LORD led me to Dr. Worden.

So amazing ! Chrysta and the staff are wonderful. I never felt uncomfortable or judged. They made me laugh and the atmosphere is clean and vibrant. Dr. Worden was great! Very informative and again never made me feel uneducated but instead helped me to understand in my own way. I can't wait to come back. Their chairs are heated with massage options. I love this office everyone in it is so sweet and welcoming very professional. But with a very sensitive touch. Like anybody I don’t like pain so I’m extremely nervous of pain. All that went out the window the first 10 minutes in the chair . I love that I can ask questions and they were amazing and explaining anything I asked. When you have the same dentist and dental hygienist for 20+ years you get comfortable and not fond of change. Theres a certain level of trust there that's hard to replace for sure. I recently went to have my teeth cleaned and the entire office was very friendly and nice. I was more nervous about a new hygienist cleaning my teeth than anything but the woman who did so was extremely nice and easy to relax for. I didn't feel judged and there was no pain. I highly recommend this dental office to any looking for a great dental home.

Never have I had a dentist experience that had me so ready to come back. So worth the drive. I needed an appointment for tooth pain and was able to be seen the next day. Found out my tooth was cracked and needed a crown. They got the temporary crown in place with minimal discomfort and I really appreciate the touches of extra comfort for the procedure, comfortable chair and music. I’ve avoided dentists for a while now and I’ve had so much anxiety about going, but after todays experience I’m ready to get my crown and the rest of my regular dental care here… it’s such a relief to find a good dentistry. Everyone at the office was so nice. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

I HATE going to the dentist!!! I have "dentist anxiety." I was extremely nervous about Dr. Prosser retiring and Dr. Worden taking over, as Dr. Prosser was the first dentist I have ever seen that kept me comfortable and did not suggest procedures that were not absolutely necessary. However, I was relieved to find how professional and responsive every staff member is to my needs, and Dr. Worden does not recommend any procedures that are not necessary. Every staff person has gone out of their way to make me comfortable at all of my appointments! I highly recommend Dr. Worden and his staff! My entire family has been pleased coming here. We have been using Dr. Worden since he took over, at least two years ago or so and no one in my family has had a single complaint!

The office was clean and the staff efficiently and kindly took care of billing us according to our discount plan. Above and beyond that, Dr. Worden took the time necessary to explain the procedure I would be needing and WHY I needed that procedure (fillings in some of my teeth). He mentioned that other procedures were available to replace missing teeth etc.; however, there was no "hard sell" tactics and he left it to me to determine whether I was ready for the other procedures. I will be returning to Dr. Worden for the fillings and will have my teeth cleaned there. I feel I am in excellent hands with Dr. Worden! - UPDATE: My husband had extensive work done here. Patient comfort is a high priority! I can only rate this office as EXTRAORDINARY!

I was apprehensive about visiting the dentist after Dr. Prosser retired; however, I could not be happier with Dr. Worden & his staff. Yesterday, I called to schedule an appointment & was able to get in immediately. I had to have 2 crowns which I had been postponing out of fear. Fortunately, there are many new technological advancements that helped make the procedures must less uncomfortable and painful. I am thankful that Dr. Worden & his assistants were so patient with me and helped ease my fears in every way. I know there are many dental clinic options available, but I can highly recommend Worden Dentistry without hesitation.

This was by far my best experience with a dentist office visit! What’s really there not to talk about?! From Crysta diligently working with me and my insurance ahead of my appointment, to the warm welcome and lightning fast check in process, onto the very personable X-Ray personnel, and then to the most thorough and knowledgeable cleaning personnel! It was by far my most comfortable cleaning service ever! Then came Dr Worden himself with the icing! Ok, I don’t have the words, you would have to experience it yourself! Dr. Worden did a great job of doing my first 2 crowns and fillings in the state of Texas. He and his staff were very patient and took the time to explain everything and see to my utmost comfort. Dr. Worden was very Accommodating in my coming in for any discomfort or adjustments. It also seems that they use some of the most up to date methods and technology. It was a good experience of not a favorite thing. I have also had 4 cleanings with different hygienists and each did an excellent job with dealing with sensitivity and recession. His staff is very nice and caring, I would definitely recommend them. My last 2 cleanings were with Selena who I had seen early last year. I just walked in the office to establish myself as a new patient. The receptionists were extremely professional and welcoming. Melissa was helping me complete the paperwork and asked if I was having any problems. I told her of an issue that I was having and asked if Dr. Worden might have time to check it out. The office was busy but she checked and, not only did he see me, but he actually performed a procedure and scheduled me for a post/op appointment. His hygienist, Celina, did a full set of x-rays and was fantastic. I am so grateful that Dr. Worden was recommended to me. I am deeply appreciative to find a staff that goes over and beyond their duties. I just moved to Tyler and I recommend Worden Dentistry to anyone needing dental work.

I love my dentist and his staff! This group of professionals never fail to deliver first rate care. The office staff are friendly, organized and helpful. Kelly, the hygienist, is hands down the BEST one I've ever had to clean my teeth. I am completely relaxed in her presence and care. There is not a way to estimate how many hours of my life that I've spent in a dentist or orthodontist chair. Suffice it to say that it's a substantially high number, beginning in my childhood. Most of those experiences generated a great deal of anxiety for me before, during and after those appointments. This is definitely not the case anymore. I look forward to going to Dr. Worden's office twice a year. And, if additional confirmation of this experience is necessary, my blood pressure is always normal even a bit on the low side. Worden Dentistry is such a cheerful and pleasant environment. Their happiness is contagious. They allow me breaks because they know I have TMJ. Even though I have a smaller mouth they get the job done while still being patient with me. Over roughly the last two years I have had several cleanings, 2 crowns and a few fillings. I will eventually have more crowns. But they are not bad enough yet to get them. They don't pressure me to get anything done before I am ready which I love. The Dr. even replaced my broken temporary on his day off. He is kind and his assistants are all very sweet and friendly, they genuinely seem happy to see us. My husband and I have had a fear of Dentists and avoided going, for almost a decade. Like many we have had scary and painful dentist experiences. Until we found Worden dentistry. They care about our teeth a lot. They have been focused on getting our teeth and gums as healthy as possible. They are very good at communicating what to expect and do their best to prevent any pain. I love talking to them, they are all a bunch of teeth and gum nerds and I love it. They do not judge, and I have unusual teeth. I even still have some baby teeth at 36. To them it's all interesting. I have no reason to skip a cleaning or appointment anymore. I always leave happy and better off than before. They have been so gentle with me, I am no longer afraid. My quality of life has improved greatly, I can eat whatever I want again. I know I can trust them. This is best Dentist I have ever had. Straight forward billing and they understand my insurance.

I have been to other dental offices that claim "30 years combined experience." But you know that means it's a handful of young dentists that are pooling their collective years to make it sound better. With Dr. Prosser, he *no kidding* has 32 years (as of 2015) of experience! And it shows. His office staff has been with him forever and they are always incredibly friendly to me when I walk through the door. Dr. Prosser is always very professional, yet shows genuine concern for any problems I'm experiencing or pain that I have. He will always tell it to you straight and never try to sell you on some pricey dental procedure that you don't really need. Trust is huge when it comes to my relationship with my doctors and care providers. Bottom Line: I would recommend Dr. Prosser to absolutely anyone.
